Engine Components:

Seal and gaskets are covered ONLY in conjunction with a covered repair. All internal lubricated parts located within the engine block along with any engine block, oil pump and oil pan failure caused by any such part. Heads, valves, timing belt/chain (only if broken) and all timing components. Timing cover only if damaged by listed timing component. Intake manifold and exhaust manifold.

Transmission Components:

Seals and gaskets are covered ONLY in conjunction with a covered repair. All internal lubricated parts located within the transmission case along with transmission case failure caused by any such part. Torque converter, flywheel.

Drive Axle Components:

Seal and gaskets are covered ONLY in conjunction with a covered repair. All internal lubricated parts located within the transfer case and front/rear axle housing, along with front/rear axle housing and transfer case failure caused by any such part. Differential housing, drive shaft, slip in yokes, center bearing, universal joints, constant velocity axles, constant velocity joints (including the CV boot). Cooling System Components: Seals and gaskets are covered only in conjunction with a covered repair. Water-pump, engine cooling fan, engine cooling fan motor/clutch. Head gasket(s) and intake gaskets leaking coolant only, radiator, thermostat.

Braking System Components:

Excluding brake pads, shoes, rotors and drums, all other braking components including the ABS components are covered.

Suspension Components:

Coil/leaf springs only when broken, upper/lower balls joints, control arm. Coverage excludes air bags on any suspension systems.

Fuel System:

Fuel Pump/Sending Unit, Fuel Filter. Seals and gaskets are covered only in conjunction with a covered repair.

Steering System Components:

Seals and gaskets are covered ONLY in conjunction with a covered repair. All internal lubricated parts located within in the steering box, along with steering box failure caused by any such part. Rack and Pinion including short rack assemblies, inner/outer tie rod ends, power steering pump, power steering cooler, power steering cooler lines.

Electrical System Components:

Alternator, starter, starter solenoid, front/rear wiper motor, voltage regulator, power lock actuators, power window motor, including rear window motor on equipped vehicles.

Air Conditioning Components:

Compressor, condenser, dryer/accumulator, does not include component failure due to contamination of Freon or recharging and/or evacuation of air conditioning system.

Services covered under this service contract:

Towing: charges will be reimbursed up to $50.00 in the result of a failed covered component.

Labor: Labor rate is set at the current industry accepted rate to replace or repair any covered component and not to exceed $50.00 per hour. Rental: Reimbursement towards rental vehicle of up to $25.00 per 8 hours of authorized labor time to replace or repair a failed covered component. Rental eligibility begins only after the first 8 hours of labor time has been completed. (Maximum rental allowance is $250.00 dollars)

Diagnostics: Up to 2 Hours / $100 of Diagnostic Charges in the result of a failed covered component receiving an authorization number for repair.

Deductibles under this service contract:

Deductibles: (to be deducted from any payment for covered repairs) Deductibles are listed below and never to exceed $100.00 for any single repair incident. Authorized repair amount from $0.00 to $100.00 your deductible is $10.00 Authorized repair amount from $100.01 to $250.00 your deductible is $25.00 Authorized repair amount from $251.01 to $1000.00 your deductible is $50.00 Authorized repair amount over $1000.01 your deductible is $100.00
